The seal belongs to the Frumkin Family that came from Nikolayev, Kherson, Ukraine. Guillermo Steinberg from this Frumkin family is interested in comments on the meaning of the seal . The seal was in his fathers cabinet and he was very young when his Frumkin grandfather died, so they do not have any idea of it's use.
